| | On 01 February 1996, Oasis Car Hire opened its Head Office in Los Cancajos, with just 20 cars.
In July 1997 we opened a branch in Puerto Naos in order to provide a better customer service in the western side of the island.
Currently we have over 120 cars and 20 different types, to suit most tastes and budgets. We now help more than 18,000 clients per year to enjoy their holidays on La Palma
From the very first moment we offered a personalised service, giving out information, maps, foreign currency exchange, and all kind of facilities, which until that time were not available in a car-rental on the island.
We have a very efficient, kind and multi-lingual staff, and offer competative prices.
Our clients usually pick their cars up on arrival at the airport or ferry terminal. We do not work with bulk travel operators which avoids long waiting times at the airport. Pick-up at other locations is possible. You can also hire a car from one of our offices.
Since 1999 we have had a website which recieves a large number of visitors, not just for the car-hire, but with request for accomodation. Due to this demand for accommodation we expanded our services under the name Oasis Travel Agency.The Oasis Travel Agency provides a wide range of services to tourists visiting our island including plane & boat tickets, a wide range of accomodation, trekking, boat trips, and much more.
Oasis Travel Agency also provides travel services to residents of La Palma. The companies legal entity is located in Centrocancajos, site 301, Breña Baja - La Palma.
