It has wooden ceilings and the large fire-place in the sitting room ensures warm holidays should the winter evenings become chilly.Some elements such as long boxes made from tea (core pine wood) and traditional wooden cupboards inside the wide walls add to the well kept decoration. Outside a large terrace allows us to contemplate wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. Next to it the barbecue is a favourite among our visitors. |  |

| Puntallana: | |
| Puntallana ligt in het noordoosten van La Palma en is een startpunt voor veel wandelingen. Een prachtig groen landschap met dichte laurierbossen. Een uitzichtrijk gebied met vergezichten over de toppen en ravijnen, de dichte vegetatie en de blauwe Atlantische Oceaan. Bij helder weer zijn de buureilanden Tenerife en La Gomera goed zichtbaar.
Een bezoek waard is Casa Luján. Vroeger was in dit gebouw een raadhuis en een school, tegenwoordig een ethnografisch museum. Het is een fraai gerestaureerd landhuis met tuin. Puntallana heeft een strand, Playa Nogales, wat bereikbaar is via een steile maar goed te lopen afdaling. De Atlantsiche Oceaan heeft hier een sterke onderstroom en draaikolken, men dient dan ook met zwemmen uiterst voorzichtig te zijn. | |

| Nogales beach can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car. It has a kilometer of black sand and it is sometimes visited by daring surfers. Don’t you dare to swim too far out from the beach. But it is ideal for sunbathing, a swim near the edge and unforgettable day out in a most secluded place surrounded by spectacular cliffs. | |
